Maidenhead Town Centre Area Action Plan - Preferred Options Paper (January 2010)
Making Maidenhead town centre the heart if the community - vibrant, high quality, safe and attractive. That's the aim of this important new draft masterplan that will play a huge part in taking our town towards a prosperous future - and your views are absolutely key to getting it right.
This document contains our recommendations on how to shape and guide the town centre's regeneration. Once approved, it will become the principal planning policy document for the town centre.
We now hope that as many people as possible will take the time to consider the resulting proposals in this document and respond with their views and in order to reduce paper wastage, we are encouraging on-line responses. We have inserted 'inter-active questions' to the Preferred Options Document which you can access by clicking on the 'Read Document' tab below. Once you are in this document click on 'Add Comments' (which is highlighted against the specific boxes upon which comments are invited).
The consultation period for the Preferred Options Document that began on the 14th January 2010, will end on Friday 12th February 2010.
